Here at Desirabledirect, we take great care and pride when sending packages, and we believe receiving your order quickly is very important. We do everything in our power to make sure the shipping process is as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, from time to time shipping issues can arise that are out of our control.

If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will always try our very best to resolve the issue quickly. When possible, we monitor orders manually to attempt to spot any delays or issues so we can contact you. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, as this is always our top priority.

We take great care when packing each order, but unfortunately, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us within 30 days and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

Return and refund Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Procedure

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning an item any promotional items must be returned, whether the item has been included free of charge with your order or with any offer active at the time of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning any item. Any postage and packaging costs paid by you are non-refundable unless you are returning a faulty item and we will refund any postage costs upon request.

When returning an order to us we recommend using a tracked shipping service as we will not be held liable for any lost parcels or damage when returning to us. Items will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us

Incorrect Details

When placing your order please double-check that all of your information is correct. If your address information is incorrect and your order fails to reach your destination due to this error, you are responsible and we will not be held accountable for this error in any way.

Usually, your order will be returned to us by the shipping company when an issue has been detected which we can then arrange to have sent to you again.

We are unable to authorise a replacement or refund if you have provided an incorrect address / postcode. If your order is returned to us due to an error or failed collection, as the customer you are responsible for the cost of the postage to send your order back to you.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
